. >> liam martin is live with the breaking details. liam? >> reporter: it is a kentucky man who filed the suit claiming draftkings and fan duel were customers. the suit coming two day as against those companies. the new york attorney general launched an investigation looking into whether employees of daily fantasy sports sites had access to private data that would give them an unfair advantage. yesterday, draft kings and fan duel banned employees from playing fantasy sports on other sites. they say they always banned employees from their own sites. fan duel has no comment on the new lawsuit. the ceo of draftkings says he's open to new fantasy football regulations.

liam martin has more. >> reporter: the flight was brought down last year on a regular route, since then dutch authorities have been collecting the wreckage, and reconstructing it to find out what happened. investigators determined a surface to air missile traveling up to 5,000 miles an hour exploded just four feet from the cockpit, and was likely a russian made missell. the blast was to powerful -- so powerful it ripped the clothing off some of the passengers. the debris scattered over several mile, and while the report doesn't name who shot the missile, the area named was controlled by russian backed rebels, but russia calls the report flawed, and now there's a criminal investigation underway to find out who shot the plane down. >>> the drug company that raised the price of an aids drug is 1st basing an antitrust investigation seeing if they're trying to prevent other companies from creating generic versions. the company promised to lower yet. >>> we could soon see the the big screen. there's a book being written about the case, and leo dicaprio has bought the rights. >>> looks like we

liam martin. reporter: that couple led authorities on a high speed chase this pennsylvania before they were caught. this is the scene from the end of that high speed chase today on i-95 where police eventually arrested joseph and jenny carrier. the two allegedly hit a bank this morning in delaware and then fled north up 95. that chase ended with the suspects collide with two police vehicles. no one was injured in that now the 37-year-old married couple known as the quincy bonnie and clyde allegedly began that robbery spree in late september. they then left a trail of wanted posters up and down the east coast. they are accused of hitting banks in ludlow, massachusetts, florida, maryland and now delaware this morning. local officials say the two are originally from the springfield area and had been fighting a heroin addiction before moving to quincy to be with family members there. it is not yet clear where the two will be arraigned they are facing charges and multiple charges across multiple states

liam martin is here with another look. >> reporter: this started as a verbal altercation outside of a bar in sacramento that quickly turned violent. this shows a large group of men fighting in the early morning hours today. spencer stone is the larger man in the white shirt surrounded by several men there. you see him in a fist fight with at least two of them who then began to stab him. toward the end of the video, you will see a large spot of blood on stone's shirt as he is the suspects, two asian men then flee as police arrive. they have not yet been caught. this comes just two months after stone was wounded stopping a terrorist attack. two american friends and two others rushed a morrocan man who was trying to open fire on officers. stone is being treated at the uc davis medical center in sacramento. authorities say the altercation had nothing to do with terrorism and nothing to do they called it simply a nightlife-related dispute. david? >> liam, thank you. >>> breaking news tonight, it is one messy house. republicans now desperately looking for a new speaker after the leading can
