, representinger the army welfare service, for whom i think he will give a rapturous welcome, is liam west. [applause] >> democracy is arguably, the greatest force ever served. democracy across the world and in the u.k. as theory is great. it means that everyone over the age of 18 can vote and it will count equally. however, as a young person, i feel decisions are being made for which i had no influence over. furthermore, a problem with democracy if i need to register to vote, which for some young people might be too much of a waste of time. so, a solution would be to automatically register as soon as you turn 18, or possibly 16 or 17. and finally, brexit. turnout during the referendum of the youth vote could be explained as a poor indicator that the remain campaign would win and so, young people decided they did not need to turn out in order for the remain campaign to win. thank you. [applause] >> thank you. well, we have had over 90 speakers today. mehink if memory serves correctly, 93, but i stand to be corrected if i have got it wrong. we had a very large number of contributions. a lot
