tom: you look at places like boeing -- a sector like boeing i meet with small businesses right now thatchina and elsewhere. what that means is they are adding jobs. places like boeing -- these are jobs that are paying $30, $40 an hour. so, i think there is a real opportunity. we have to do it right. we have to learn from the mistakes of the past. that is what we are doing. we have to make sure it is a trade deal that works for american workers. it is a trade deal that makes sure sanctions are meaningful enforcement is real. those are the issues we are working on. i firmly believe we can use this tpc and trade agreement with europe to help lift the status of american workers, and continue to sustain the progress in the economy. that is why we are working so hard on it. matt: mr. secretary, what do you think about the strong dollar? you mentioned the auto sector obviously blooming with u.s. automakers adding jobs and raising wages some cases. can that continue with a stronger dollar against a weaker yen, a weaker euro? tom: we are obviously monetary matt very closely. i feel very confiden
