thank the dream keeper team at the san francisco human rights commission including stephanie garcia, lila vega , akeem montessori. there's a whole team behind this effort so i'd like to thank him. we remain committed to advancing equity and ensuring sanfrancisco's black communities are able to prosper in the city where we belong, where weare worthy of . and we thank the city and our departmental partners for sharing that commitment with us.>> thank you doctor . i do want to start off just by saying that surely i would hope that no one expects for us to be able to address for the black community and address all the negative outcomes, the structural racism. i hope no one thinks we would have not been able to overcome that in less than two years but i do think it's important for us to highlight the first ever investment of this type of frankly anywhere so i think we should be proud of that here. obviously there's a lot more work to do but most certainly we do, it was important for us to have this hearing to your point chair to make sure that we're transparent about where these resources are
