abc7 news reporter lilian kim is in the newsroom with the latest on the investigation. >> oakland police officers say only one person saw the collision, but others say they saw it and it will take awhile to determine. someone down the block started recording on his cell phone moments after the collision. the oakland mayor in the green dress is seen standing next to the nissanal -- nissan altima that ran into her. police say she had the green light and the driver of the altima was going east on 27th street. the altima sustained significant damage while quan's government-issued lexus suv had limited damage on the rear. on her facebook page she said "i was going between two community events when a wheel struck my tire. i pulled over and made sure no one was hurt. it appeared everyone was all right and their well being was my first priority." >> lower back pain and i'm nervous. >> reporter: renee lovely was behind the wheel of the altima. she insists the accident was not her fault and she had the green light. >> she went through a red light. it was not yellow and turning red. it was red. >>
