lillian kim joins us from santa cruz with more. >> reporter: the owners of this pot club just finished cleaning up for the day. two people set this place on fire after throwing a molotov cocktail into the lobby. security cameras captured the two men on video. one man used a hammer, the other tossed the molotov cocktail inside. it's called capitola healing association. the oregons say the firebomb set off the burglar alarm and that's how they were notified. they came within minutes and used a garden hose to put out the fire. the dense -- dispensary sustained a lot of damage and the oregons suspects it was a competitive who was responsible. >> we changed the market for medical can bus in santa cruz, $65 plus tax then, and we charge 45, no tax, and everyone pretty much had to drop their prices after that. so i think that it was probably pause we were undercutting people. >> this isn't a competitive market. we're serving medicine. supposed to be nonprofit. i would hope that didn't happen. >> reporter: capitola healing association has 1200 patients. this fire bombing happened early saturday

live in knightsen, lillian kim. >> alan: our other top story, los angeles police announcedded the arrest of the suspect in the beating of san francisco giants fan bryan stow. we're at san francisco general hospital with the latest. >> reporter: this arrest happened this morning in east hollywood area in los angeles. police say they're confident they have the right man in custody this evening. but they are still searching for two more people. one man believed to be involved in the attack and the woman who is believed to have driven the getaway car. los angeles police called the map they arrested the primary aggressor in the brutal beating of bryan stow. more than 20 detectives have been working for a total of more than 1,000 hours to make an arrest. the police chief says the investigation is in the early staidges. >> 7:00 this morning i got a phone call from our chief of operations, and he said the words i have been waiting for seven week. he said we had bryan's assault suspect in custody. >> reporter: police aren't releasing any information about the man until he is booked this evening.

a press conference just finished up and lillian kim there is with the latest. >> reporter: dozens of search and rescue teams have been canvassing the area looking for any sign of the baby. so far, nothing. she is four months old weighs 14-pounds and has blue eyes. last seen at 10:00 p.m. last night when her mother put her to bed right beside her in the master bedroom. investigators say according the parents, when the mom woke up at 6:00 a.m. to feed the baby the christian crib was empty. they searched the house and the back door was wide open. there's been a massive aerial search. 100 people were also taking partner search effort. as for the parents, they went to the sheriff's department for questioning, which is stanford procedure in -- standard procedure in case like this, friends and family say they're good parents. >> i was shocked and heartbroken, i feel like i'm in a bad dream. i could not imagine. waking up to nurse my baby and not be in there. >> we're still investigating the entire crime scene. if it is in fact a crime scene. it is suspicious in nature because four-month-old
