lillian kim is live tonight near the scene. >> reporter: investigators came back to the site to make sure they didn't miss anything. the body was discovered down this road amid some brush, near a creek, and not too far from some railroad tracks. investigators did find a few items today. whether they're relevant to the case, it's too soon to tell. a search party looking for michelle le discovered the remains yesterday. authorities don't know if the remains are that of le. a pathologist will determine the gender tomorrow. on of that -- soon after that the'll try to identify the remains. >> nothing with the body that says it's one person or another. no jewelry found, not a tattoo to find. we have dental remains we can compare with. so, it -- if we have to go to dna, it takes longer, if you have identifying marks, it goes quicker. >> michelle le was last seen may 27th on a break during her rotation at kaiser hospital in hayward. heyward police have arrested her friend over apparently a lover's triangle. le's body has long believed to before the this area from cell phone records. >> alan:
