there's one mall that stayed open all night long and it was those philadelphia premium outlets near limerick, they're open at this hour, while many of the mall don't reopen for another 15 minutes. they are open at this point. if you're headed out there, along 422 westbound passing phoenixville and collegeville traffic moving fine. more eastbound traffic which is usually case along 422 during the morning, although this morning, we don't expect there to be too much of a rush. in norristown we're still watching this water main break. i would stay up on down on 23 through bridgeport instead of main street through norristown this morning. meanwhile up in the lehigh valley, the promenade shops, they reopen around 8:00 this morning, some of the stores opening a little bit earlier. but if you're headed there later on, 78, 22, northeast extension extension all look pretty good to the left at this point. and this is the scene in christiana delaware. highway one by the christiana mall also opens at 6:00. no issues along highway 1 or 95 getting to it. but we just saw this downed pole near mays landing.
