hospital this morning after being shot by a police officer. police say they received a report just before 1:00 this morning of a an armed robbery outside the coconut grove bar on lincoln road east. when officers approached the suspect on spring road, one appeared to pull a gun. an officer opened fire. the suspect was treated for a non-life threaten injuringy. breaking news out of palo alto where a road is blocked right now while police investigate a fatal accident. west middle field road south of san antonio road is closed. officers found a cement truck on its side just after 5:00 this morning. the road is expected to be closed all morning while they investigate. no word yet on the identity of the person who was killed. but we will bring you updates on the story as they become available this morning. >>> now developing news on a wildfire near yosemite. more than 125,000 acres. the map showing how large the rim pyre has gro-- fire. >> reporter: flames continue to own the hillside. the night sky makes it's easier to see the actual fires burning under all of that smoke. some crews are on standby to make sure the flames don't jump over the highway of 120. a few miles away
