lincolnshire police had 39 weather related incidents this morning.they have got extra things in place such as hiring and axa. the council has been doing lots to prepare. i have been in the council control room and they are monitoring things closely, even to the extent that tomorrow morning they are going to set up an emergency planning room and that is where all the emergency services will come together, so that they can coordinate a response, should they need to. because schools, social ca re need to. because schools, social care could be disrupted in the coming days. also, they are taking into consideration the fact that the homeless are amongst the most vulnerable here. and local charities are saying they are doing all they can to help and support these people with extra blankets and food ad offering shelter. but there is a worry here amongst the authorities that this might take people by surprise. there is a morning to night to people to be prepared. thank you. we will be keeping a close watch on how this situation develops. if you wa nt how this
