linda macdonald. >>> good afternoon. i'm juliette goodrich. the alameda county board of supervisors is about to vote on a new lease for the oakland as. mark kelly joins us from oakland. >> reporter: they are about to vote. we don't have the final vote just yet. they are upstairs talk about this right now. supervisor miley who also sits on the joint powers authority for the oakland as calling this a solid deal this morning. of course, this final vote is in favor of the new 10-year lease for the oakland a's at the oakland coliseum. once we get the final vote we'll let you know. this has been a long back and forth. at one point a's owner lew wolff said he was ready to move the team if the city council for oakland didn't start making their decision. the alameda county board of supervisors is one of the boards that has to approve the lease to move forward. here are highlights on the lease. the a's would lease the stadium through 2024. if the a's move and they have talked about moving, they must give the coliseum a two-year heads up. the lease would be for $250,000 higher than the current lease. that price would last two years and then drop down to $

" aras. >> go to fox news.com. >> and the president and democrats say obama care is a success. but is it set up to help the patients? >> lindaagnosed with lung cancer and after receiving treatment and surgery returned to work and less than two years later cancer spread to her brain. she signed up early for obama care and got a congratulatory message that said her plan would be in place new year's day in 2014. while waiting for her insurance to kick in. they discovered that her brain tumor returned and another surgery was necessary. in january when her coverage was supposeed to start, she found out she was not in the system because of processing flaws and she was told she would be enrolled by march. she went without coverage four months. her husband places the blame on the glitches in the obama care system. by the time the coverage was in place. it was too late. her cancer was untreatable. after surgery linda passed away on june 30th. her husband of 45 years joined a class action lawsuit involving 150 people against the nevada state exchange and xeroxcorporation that helped to set up the marketplace. they join me now. >> robe
