>> your realtime captioner: linda marie macdonald >>> it's already devoured an area the size of chicago. and even though it's miles away from the bay area, the "rim" fire in yosemite national park could be big trouble for san francisco's water supply. good afternoon, i'm frank mallicoat. michelle griego is on assignment. right now fire crews are making progress against the giant wildfire near yosemite national park. containment of the "rim" fire is now at 15%. up from 7% just last night. he fire shows up in this -- fire clearly shows up in this nasa satellite image. flames have burned hundreds of square miles. the fire threatens 4500 structures and the hetch hetchy reservoir, the main source of clean water for the city of san francisco. just within the past 20 minutes or so, governor brown toured a cal fire staging area, saw how crews are battling the "rim" fire. he said the state will need more federal resources to get the job done. >> california's got real talent and a very expert team to fight fires. but it takes money and it takes more money before we get finished and we are going t
