it involves lindsay, her mother and her father. according to nassau county police, lindsay and her mom were in a car returning from new york city early this morning. apparently the two got into what police are calling a verbal dispute. what they were arguing about is unclear. but during that dispute, police say lindsay called her dad, who in turn had a call placed to 911. there were patrol cars waiting here when the lohans' vehicle arrived. police did take a domestic incident report, but in the end made no arrests, saying there was no criminality involved. the media has descended on the lohan home, but there's been no comment from anyone so far. lindsay lohan has, of course, had many run-ins with law enforcement, the recent one coming in manhattan last month when she and a california man filed harassment charges against each other. more of the media attention that always seems to follow lindsay lohan. in north long island, greg sergol, news4. >>> in charlotte, north carolina, you can see a man walking across the street get hit. by
