fox 5's lindsay watts is learning new details tonight. lindsay? >> reporter: this is where carlos deangelo bell is being held without bond. at this point police have identified 10 possible victims, middle school-aged boys, all of them now have to be tested for hiv. investigators say so far two have been tested and found not to be infected. police want you to take a good look at bell because they do believe there could be additional victims. police say middle school boys were the primary target of 30-year-old carlos deangelo bell. he's accused of using his position as a school aide and coach to mow less kids and make child pornography. >> some of the included graphic images of bell sexually assaulting victims. some of the crimes appear to have been committed on school property and others at his home in waldorf. >> reporter: bell's neighbors tell us they saw kids in and out of his home but it didn't raise suspicion. >> he said hi and he waved and that was it. >> reporter: neighbors say he seemed like a nice guy. >> all i can say is wow. you never kn

lindsay watts is live at the capital on more what is happening. >>reporter: we're hearing that this vote could happen in about an hour. this repeal, a part of obamacare, what is known as the skinny billion and what is so remarkable about this is we know that democrats hate this billion , but also today we heard from some prominent republicans who came out to say they hate this billion as well. they don't want to see this become law, but they may vote for it anyway and i'll get to that in just a moment. first i want to he show you a video of some pro tests that we've been seeing at the capital tonight. we've seen some 75 people along with some democratic senators out there. here are some key points about this skinny billion that was release about an hour asmght it would get rid of the mandate that says you have to have insurance or you'll be fined. predictions are it would increase premiums and millions more americans being unsured. the statement came from republican senator lindsay gram. he called this billion a disaster and a fraud. he and three

fox5 a's lindsay watts has been looking into why and has new detai the timeline of this case left us with questions. i was december when investigators say they found out carlos bell, a school aidan track coach sent inappropriate text messages to a student. bell's electronic devices were confiscated and from there he went to the mt crime lab for analysis. it took about five months for the analysis to begin and it wasn't until july that bell was arrest ed, accused of sexually assaulting at least ten boys and making child pornography at the school where he worked. right now behalf approximately 14 cases in the backlog. so that's probably about several months of backlog cases. >> sergeant john linton is assistant commander of the state lab. he says he has just four forensic examiners to handle cases from around the state. many related to child sex crimes . for us isolately we have so many priority one type cases coming in that recently that's all we're working. we asked him about the months of lag time in bell's case. >> when the public hears about a case like this their reaction appropr

fox5's lindsay watts reports.e're here in the parkview neighborhood of northwest just off of georgia avenue, neighbors say on thursday they saw a little boy on his bike riding quickly into this alleyway, police right behind him. those neighbors didn't see the crash but they say they heard the noise, they saw the police car leave and they little boy injured and dis oriented. jason has a band aged leg and his bike is no more. he was out riding thursday when he says police approached him. i was riding my bike. police thought i had a gun and started chasing me. the eleven year old said he tried to get away cutting down this alley. i cut my brakes and then the police came real fast. when they hit me they got back in the car and rolled off. neighbors we talked to saw some of what happened. the kid is on a bike. he had a little fireworks. when he made the turn into the alley, the police made the turn into the alley and then we heard a thump. i myself ran through the alley through the back way and seeing police jump back
