lindsey ford, back to you. >> lindsey, thank you for that live report. new at 10, the man convicted of kidnapping and assaulting denise huskins in the so-called delay hogan girl case is facing new charges in another bay area, kidnapping. mueller was charged today with a 2015 kidnapping in contra costa county. and last week he was charged with a series of 2009 home invasions in santa clara county. prosecutors say the new charges stamper recent confessions he made in prison letters. mueller is serving a 40 year sentence for kidnapping and huskins has documented in the netflix series american nightmare. hoskins is set to appear in monterey county tomorrow at seaside city hall to talk about these new charges against him. a woman has been charged with attempted murder in connection to a san francisco shooting last week which injured 2 people, one of them, a social worker who is now in critical condition. spoke with her mom and she joins us in the newsroom with more. sara? >> i spoke with daniel drake's mom on the phone as her daughter fights for her life to m
