"fox5" lindsey watts was live in court and joins us live from rockville.ndsay. >> which this happened it was a shocking crime. a woman, raimd on the metro around 10:00 in the morning on a weekday. we now know there's a lot of evidence against this suspect. prosecutors say his dna was found on tissue used by victim following the attack and we saw video in court today met row surveillance that police say shows the v suspects after the attack and suspect's own mother testified and identified her son as the man in the video. police say the suspect john hicks attacked a nurse on a red line train fwlenmont. that woman testified that hicks had a knife and forced her into a partitioned area on the train. he was cut trying to grab the knife. she says hicks atejted to rain her and made her perform oral sex. she told police she believed he would kill her if she didn't comply. hirkz was arrested same someday aft tack and opted to not testify during the trial and his defense lawyer says he's not the guy that does this she's claiming there was a bad investigation and in
