at this week's plant use hearine was the lion martin house and not significant for its architecture the lion martin house is significant for its clear history as a long-term residents for phyllis line and del martin and and this just the nichation and the designation will need to go before the historic preservation commission for review and approval for vote of the board, the issue was recommended to the full board as a committee report. at the full board this week, the board considered the cu appeal for the field lights at saint the ceqa a we'll and the the board voted to sendai the ceqa appeal but continued the cu appeal to the next board hearing. this week supervisor marra mended the conditions on the cu and restrict the usage of the lights. the field lights may only be used monday through thursday and dimmed no later than 8:00 a.m. and turned off at 8:30. the commission had this requirement at 8:30 to turn down the lights and 9:00 to turn them o lights will still be allowed to operate 115 minutes a year as the commission conditioned. and restrictions on the sound system or amplified
