liz: lisa, thank you. new video this morning, thousands of people forced out of their homes as floods overtake streets and neighborho county. this happened after a levee broke along the pajaro river early saturday morning. people are waiting for it to subside so they can get home as soon as possible. the monterey county crews have made it nearly 90 rescues over the past day. the damage in that area is some of the worst we have seen since last week's atmospheric river. those evacuations and rescues, as more rain is on the way. as abc 7 news reporter j.r. stone tells us, some people are being warned now about their drinking water. j.r.: complete neighborhoods underwater saturday after this 120-foot-wide levee breach along the pajaro river in monterey county. >> we got notice that the levees were overtopping in water for some of the levee broke. three miles upstream, the size of a train car. >> it is a tremendous amount of water that continues to accumulate as we speak. j.r.: during a press conference, offici

i am liz kreutz here with m meteorologist lisa argen. lisa: we are starting off cool. temperatures continue to drop. nice view from our tower camera. 44, downtown. you can see the camera shaking. a bit of a breeze has kept those temperatures in the 40's. for our inland valleys it is cold. 34, santa rosa. until 9:00 we could see temperatures dropped another few degrees. that frost advisory will be with us through tomorrow morning. through the next hours nothing but son. low to mid 50's. we timeout the storm, coming up. liz: structure closed in petaluma because of more recent damage from storms. exposed an underground line. crews have been working to reroute the line hoping to finish around 9:00 this morning. fire officials say even though we haven't had rain in the last couple of days the land is still moving there stop moving there. >> pg&e cruise in a race against time and the elements to reroute a main pg&e gas distribution line. >> significant event we have had during the storm. >> this storm because they gas -- caused a landslide that exposed a gas line. officials

lisa: that's right. sunshine, cool conditions, breezy winds, and another storm on the way, just a week apart from the last one where the winds are going to kick up monday night and it will be a level two on tuesday once again a live doppler 7 picking up on high pressure that allowed for the bay area to enjoy a couple dry days in the wind on top of enhance and get stronger after't least we have shut the precipitation off for a little while. as we look outside in the south bay, beautiful blue sky, 46 san francisco, palo alto at 47, san jose, santa clara, and oakland half moon bay. the golden gate bridge, good visibility and it will get 20 windy at the coast. 41 santa rosa and livermore with 44 in napa, 46 novato so the cove looks awfully cold, doesn't it? we are looking at another several feet of snow coming into play late monday into wednesday as the storm system will bring rain and wind and again the area of low pressure is not quite sure how close it will get to the coast. that will determine how much r
