lisa argen is back. welcome back, lisa. >> hi, kira. nice to see you. we are looking from our roof camera where we have plenty of fog, mist and drizzle as you head out. do grab the jacket. it's chilly out. numbers in the mid-and upper 50s and particularly damp along the shoreline. inland we are looking at 57, at fairfield, as well as novato. 56 in santa rosa and napa is reading 57 right now. as you go throughout the afternoon, plenty of sunshine. we will call it mostly sunny with upper 60s to low 70s around the east bay. look for some clouds. in fact, plenty of clouds along the coast with low to mid-60s. partial clearing for golden gate park and we will look for low to mid-850s inland. the warming trend gets underway throughout the weekend. i'll tell you how much and for how long coming up. kira. >> thank you. bart and it's unions will return to the bargaining table to try to negotiate a deal, that's after governor jerry brown said he would step in again to avert a strike. >> negotiators took a a break with all sides saying they are committed to working

here's meteorologist lisa argen. >> good morning. a little bit of fog along the coast and mild temperatures starting off. the inland east bay made 60s. 63 in san jose with san francisco coming in at 61. the cool spot half moon bay 67. so taking you to san jose today, it's another warm afternoon today. not quite as hot as yesterday and the changes will take you through the holiday weekend. in fact we will trim a couple degrees off today. still warm around the bay. mid-and upper 750s. a few high clouds from time to time at the coast. mid-and upper 60s inland once again. into the lower 90s. but that is shy of yesterday's highs. we will talk about the cooler temperatures, increasing cloud cover, maybe a few drops of rain, but that's before the holiday weekend is over. katie. >> breaking news out of oakland where a person was killed in a shooting at a club early this morning. it happened just before 1:30 at club anton on third street in jacqueline square. authorities say they found a man with at least one gunshot wound dead at the scene.

here is lisa argen. >> we are starting out in san francisco this morning where we've had a little bit of mist and drizzle around the coast and we are looking at the fog across the bay in oakland all the way down toward half moon bay and monterey. temperatures are in the 50s across the bay. it's beginning to erode a little bit. sea breeze is going to keep things comfortable around the bay today and keeping temperatures not getting too warm. gh temperature at 3:00 in the afternoon should put you in the low 70s under sunshine. 60s around the coast and temperatures should climb to the 80s today and mid and upper 80s from the livermore valley and through the delta. it will be breezy and one day of the weekend and i'll tell you which one for the week ahead. >>> we have breaking news in san jose. police are investigating a city's 30th homicide of the year. a 19-year-old woman was shot while riding in a car just before 1:30 in a car. 21-year-old who was driving the car stopped at south second street and called 911. the woman was taken to the hospital where she died just after 2:00 this mornin
