here's meteorologist lisa argen. lisa? >> matt, good morning to you. we're starting out with a good deal of fog. it's moved inside the bay. it's keeping us cool this morning. by the afternoon, the temperatures will have those full microclimates once again. there's also a red flag warning in effect that lasts through 12:00 tomorrow afternoon. for the north and east bay hills, part of the santa clara county there around mt. hamilton, you can see it's highlighted. the winds are switching around to the northeast, 20 to 35 miles per hour. the gusts later on tonight could be in excess of 50 and 55 miles an hour. from the north bay, from sonoma, to napa, the highlighted areas once again, just like last weekend, very, very windy and right now, as we look at the hilltop winds, they're over 25 miles an hour. the gusts straight out of the north at knoxville street, mt. tam, 17 mile an hour gusts. in the east bay, about 12 miles an hour. they will continue to increase throughout the day, the afternoon, the overnight hours. it's 57 in hayward and oakland right now.
