>> here we're going into our nordic hamstring curl. partner a on their knees, partner b holding the heels down nice and firmly, and partner a is going to slowly, as slow as possible, lower their chest towards the floor while keeping those hips through. where are you feeling this one, hollis? >> in my hamstrings. >> that's right. back of the legs. partner b is going to be knees on the floor or if you need that extra core challenge, knees are going to elevate off the ground. again, 45 seconds here, and then you're going to switch and repeat. >> a little bit of chest action there too. >> yes. >> i can see why this would be better -- feeling good in the back. excellent. i can see why this would be better with a partner or, you know, somebody or a spouse or something than just a stranger in the class, you know. might get a little awkward. right? >> so first we're going to start with our dry ingredients. i'm got some all purpose flour. we're going to add in some baking powder. we've got some light brown sugar as well. and then we have some toasted and chopped walnuts, a bit of texture. we're going to add those in. the best part are the spices. i've got here lots of cinnamon, so we're going to add in our cinnamon and also nutmeg. i think my top tip is do not skimp on your spices. you want the flavor and you want them to balance out with the ginger we add in. that's the dry ingredients. we're just going to give that a nice mix. and then we're going to go on to our wet mixture. so for our wet mixture, we've basically got here some raisins, and oranges. to this we add in the star of the show, which are ginger beer. so we're using ginger beer instead of milk, and it's going to create a really frothy tex dhur a texture. we're also going to add in some orange zest for a bit more flavor, a touch of maple syrup for a bit of extra sweetness, and finally you want to bind everything together. we crack in our egg. that goes in. then one more whisk. >> this is a ginger beer that helps with the fluffiness? >> yes. the ginger beer because it's got all those bubbles in it. so unlike a regular pancake with milk, the bubbles in the gingerbread really lift up the pancake. and also you get that lovely fiery ginger flavor, which is fantastic. i've got my wet ingredients here. what i'm going to do is create a well in the center of my dry ingredients and then slowly whisk in all my lovely wet ingredients. i've got the ginger beer or the orange zest, the raisins. and then we're going to give this a nice mix, just until it's all well combined. and then ideally, you want to leave your pancake batter to rest for at least 30 minutes because that's going to give you a lovely fluffy pancake. while that's resting, you can make your cream cheese frosting because obviously pancakes are not complete without cream cheese frosting. i've made a cream cheese frosting here. and that is basically is icing, sugar, cream cheese, butter, honey, vanilla and a binch of salt. so i'll give this a nice mix. that's lovely and smooth. that literally takes a few minutes to put together. >> all about presentation. >> yes. it's all about presentation. so once your batter has rested, you want to put in your carrots -- >> forgive us. we are out of time. but we are loving the pancakes. >> sure. i'll let you go. why choose proven quality sleep from sleep number?
