we go to lisa mateo. does a $15 starbucks slow the demand?isa: it does not because the daughter just has apple pay so it goes on no matter what. tom: thank you for tim cook. paul: how about the greens and oils. cooling -- corn and meat, and --wheat seeing double digits decline. it is the glco function. how are farmers doing? i see double-digit declines in soft commodities. kona: so, the greens and oilseeds have not had as good a run we basically start to see another supply situation which has led to price collapse. i think the potential tariffs that trump is planning against china and mexico could also impact demand for oilseeds certainly soaring and exports out of the usa to china would be severely impacted. all of this is causing future markets to fall. and you are right. farmers are suffering. some of the corn farmers i would argue that the cost of production is being approached and that is not great. and as -- and that is reflected by profitability in the u.s. farms for sure. and then the e.u. farmers are burdened with additional legislat

lisa will have the latest on that. the san mateo county sheriff's campaign is being investigated for potential finance violations. the complaint was filed during kristina corp's 2022 campaign. state election regulators are looking into local contributions allegedly going significantly over the set limit. the complaint also reported the campaign failed to disclose spending on social media ads and banners. the announcement of the investigation comes shortly after county supervisors decided to schedule a special election to give them the ability to remove corpus from office after allegations of abuse of power. that election is set for march. well, there's nothing worse than driving through your own neighborhood, seeing the side of the road filled with trash. well, this community here in the east bay joined forces to change that. they've been working on grizzly peak road in the hills above berkeley. abc7 news anchor dion lim talked with this group, working to build a better bay area. >> we've got wine glasses, we've got food containers,

lisa fawcett did a double take just before 6:00 this morning, after the national weather service issued a tornado warning for san francisco and parts of san mateo county. then i heard a roaring sound, and i looked out the window and it was torrential rain. i went upstairs, far from the window, and the wind was so intense. her place was okay, but others weren't so lucky. during the tornado warning that came through the bay area, specifically here in san damage coming through thisrts of neighborhood. currently, we have three homes affected. we have one house that had part of the roof blown off and blown into the front of another house. san francisco fire captain jonathan baxter says fortunately, no one was hurt here, and by the early part of the day, the department had already responded to more than 120 storm related calls. baxter also received the alert after the alert came through. it can hear the rain coming down and then the wind just came through. no other description than like multiple freight trains coming through the area. the warning was soon lifted, and it came just a week after residents received a brief tsunami warning in the city. th
