airports, livermore, 106.80s inlaptnd, but notice th temperature change as winds pick up from the south, and a sign of the winds beginning to turn stronger, in fact, winds up to 14 in fairfield. this will be coupled with low clouds approaching the coastline for the morning, and so all signs to the coast in the inner bay, and leads to cooling. that is one of the changes we are watching, especially for tomorrow morning. one of the short term changes, pretty interesting, mid level moisture heading away from the sierra, zooming in, the returns, trying to move across the south bay hills, up to the pass, and now, a lot of what the radar is picking up with elevated returns, but notice the trend. moisture moves in across some of the hill tops, still warm air over the hills in the 70s and 80s so a stray showerings maybe lightning in the east, that is possible. futurecast picks up on some of this, but the model, frankly, puts it too far to the east. notice the time frame here as we get towards about anywhere from about

pointing to the east bay, concord at 90, livermore is 97. concord was one of those areas that benefited from the seabreeze early on in the morning but it has since pulled back to be another hot day. for many of us around the bay, along the coast and inland not as hot as yesterday. antioch at 102, no relief for you today. they are already hot and looking at temperatures above 100. looking at the 24 hour temperature change, around the bay down by 11 degrees in oakland, the northbay down by 12, and fairfield and concord down by five or 8 degrees. livermore is warmer than yesterday, and the heat advisory goes through thursday, through thursday evening. the national weather service is addicting this heat will not let up and that includes inland, but not the coast or bayside communities, but everybody else will be hot throughout the next few days. temperatures leveling off today and tomorrow, but spiking into thursday, the details of what you can expect coming up. >>> the pg&e crews are working to restore powers to the hundreds of customers and so

livermore police say car thefts happening all over the city. on average, one a day. nbc bay area is jodi's hernandez is live in livermore after talking to a victim of the recent crimes. jodi. >> reporter: janelle, i actually talked to several victims today. some have had cars stolen from parking lots, others from right in front of their own homes. and so far the crime trend shows no signs of slowing down. you're looking at surveillance video taken just last weekend of suspected car thieves in action. a man tries breaking into a van and when he is not successful he moves on to a work truck loaded with tools. stealing it from a livermore parking lot. >> we have specifically work trucks being stolen where they are going after work tools and the rest just all sorts of vehicles. >> livermore police say cars are being stolen from across the city at an alarming rate. 165 so far this year. that's at least one car a day. >> we're actively working enforcement efforts. but typically the best way to stop a crime trend is prevent it from happening in the first place. >> it is ala

we had livermore 106. remember last sunday livermore was 65 degrees and now this sunday 106., that is hot for anybody but very hot for richmond. 60s and 50s for some, the fog is flying in over the golden gate bridge, 7 degrees cooler out of concord that was 24 hours ago. very cool temperatures, and i've seen different camera shots and there are some cool pictures coming up and we will show you some of them. out of the southeast, east- southeast wind that line of thunderstorms the came through and you were not dreaming. it did happen even though we had record heat, and the fog is making a push on parts of the coast. watch right here on the western edge of this, and to see this before june 21 is very unusual. after the and see some be cool pattern last weekend and water temperatures still pretty cool and 49 at bodega bay, and when you get that west southwest at 21 versus 7, that is a big difference. the delta is picking up with 60s on the temperatures, much cooler by the coast with the onshore breeze. 46 in truckee, and more fog closer to the coast right now then the satellite
