two miles in concord, less than a mile in livermore. less than a mile from santa rosa to nevada with one mile at sfo. 54 downtown, 57 in oakland, san jose. mount tam, not only do we have low clouds, mid-level clouds and haze. low 40's in fairfield. cloudy skies, milder this morning. as we go through the next several hours, we brighten up for more sunshine. 60's and 70's today, the liz: warmest of the week. liz:you overnight in the south bay, san jose police gave an update on two separate deadly shootings. the first one happened near melbourne boulevard around 11:30 last night. multiple people were shot. the police tell us one of the two victims taken to the hospital has died. a motive is not known. san jose police are also investigating a deadly shooting near north 11th street. the victim was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, but later died, marking the city's 32nd homicide of the year. his identity has not been released. it happened at 12:45 this morning. one witness says he was at a halloween themed birthday party

it is 57 in redwood city, 44 in livermore, 43 in petaluma, 53 in napa . once we get past the 9:00 hour this morning, it's going to be a beautiful day. more sunshine temperatures warm up in the low to mid 70s, and it will make up for the fact it was kind of cold in the morning because the afternoon is going to be so nice. to show you how we did this, if you go back to sunday morning, humidity levels were fairly high. if we look at this morning, they are much lower, much drier air pulled into the bay this morning. that's why temperatures were able to drop so low. we will keep an eye out for any possibility of rain. a couple systems will try to get here. they are going to fall apart. there comes the next one tuesday night . that system does not have what it takes to get into california, so what we end up seeing is just a few clouds and temperatures that pretty much keep doing what they have been doing, which is right around low 70s inland, mid to upper 60s in the bay . by the time we get to saturday, this next system right here tries to hold together better.

look at this livermore and dublin down in the upper 40's right now, some low 40's up in petaluma at 43 degrees. santa rosa, you're 45 san francisco and oakland as well. send tail munger more mild spots in the 50's this morning feels a little bit more like fall. we see those clear skies right now that's allowing our temperatures to get cooler during our overnight hours. this compared to when we see the foggy blankets and we stay a little bit warmer as far as temperatures later today, only really getting into the upper 70's that are warmest low 70's by the bay shore and 60's at the coast a cold morning. but a really comfortable afternoon ahead. very nice way to start this new week. i'll be talking all the details on the whole week. still to come, reyna it on eve of that, right. let's get a look at your bridges this morning headed into the city right now. 8 minute ryan mays to that fremont street exit. >> the san mateo bridge 80 to 1, 0, 1, 12 minutes traveling across the worst of an insolent. you're richmond center fell bridge still pretty quiet. that's at 8 minutes for you right there.

it's in the low 80s for fairfield 74 napa 78 in livermore and a lovely view from downtown oakland fromle camera. we are looking at a warming trend to continue through midweek above average wednesday possibility of a few records cooler and breezier for the upcoming weekend. now, let's talk about fire danger because we do have offshore winds, but fortunately we have had enough. drizzle at times to add a little moisture to the fuels now as we look at tomorrow afternoon the fire danger index because the winds aren't going to be strong will be in the low category isolated moderate as we head into wednesday the possibility of fire danger increases a little bit so there will be more areas under that moderate fire danger index. just keep that in the back of your mind, you know, this is a time of year when we are concerned about that higher clouds filtering the sunshine tomorrow, maybe some patchy fog and that's about it to start off the morning a lot of high clouds temperatures in the 50s tomorrow afternoon in the south bay. we're going to warm it even more 84 and morgan hill 82 in san jose on
