valley. currently we have 52 degrees in livermore.ds up to 13 miles per hour there and sfo picked up a wind gust to 43 miles per hour. and it's going to remain a blustery day with west winds 10 to 20 occasional gusts up to 35 during the day. there you have the sustained winds right now 28 at sfo. 10 in concord. 11 vallejo and 17 rat fairfield. by hour by hour in the city by the bay the city of san francisco today our temperatures will range from the 50s to the low 60s. but again, those winds up to 20 miles per hour. and the closer you get to the water the winds will gust up to 35. and in fact the wind and the cooler air aloft has swept away that marine layer, we have a swath of some clouds that will pass through. we'll call it partly cloudy. those clouds are all associated with that right there. it's a precipitation free area of low pressure but wait on thursday, we have this second system that will breeze through the area. and that's when we suspect up to a quarter inch of rain and the wettest locations with the chance of a lingering

this is the latest one through the livermore valley westbound 580 at north first.ocked. bottleneck growing westbound 580. we have a stall behind that approaching grant line. so the drive time is actually not too bad. i'm surprised it's not in the red but right now it is reading at -- i need my glasses -- 25 minutes from the altamont pass to 680. and it looks okay once you get past all that in livermore between the pleasanton area and the dublin grade is fine. that's all in the green. here's a live look at the bay bridge toll plaza. the metering lights have been on since 5:38 this morning. so yeah, you are stacked up to the maze. but you know, that 580 approach is actually okay. i haven't seen any major delays from the 24 interchange. and we're checking highway 4 no incidents, seeing the usual slowdowns at hillcrest, "a" street a break and then it is sluggish between pittsburg-bay point and willow pass as you head into concord but at least you get a break once you head into the walnut creek area and no delays from pleasant hill all the way out to the 24 interchange.

here's a look through the livermore valley. it's starting to slow from the 205/580 split to north flynn and then picks back up again from the livermore valley to the dublin interchange. we just showed you a live look at the bay bridge. we haven't seen much of a delay in the cash lanes so yeah, overall looks good right now. at this time tomorrow morning though we mentioned that fremont street off-ramp closure. caltrans has warning signs up on the bay bridge. it's saturday from midnight until 6 a.m. so you can use harrison street in the meantime. again, it's the only closure we see for that in the immediate future. it's a weekend closure and should be lighter traffic on saturday. and the nimitz freeway still looks good even though the overnight roadwork is still there northbound between 29th and 23rd. >> all right, liz. thanks. >>> the number of confirmed dead from the nepal earthquake is now more than 6100. rescuers though are still finding survivors among the rubble. two people found alive yesterday in one neighborhood a 15-yea

i can show you this live look through the altamont pass and livermore valley it's slow to north livermorethen it picks up again but the drive time continues to move on up to 22 minutes there. a lot of low clouds and fog may contribute to the slowdown in that area. we have been watching this one wreck. it's the only real problem spot out there. it's in the northbound lanes of 101 in marin county approaching larkspur near lucky drive and it sounds like maybe one lane is blocked. chp is on scene now as well as tow crews. and the southbound commute direction everything is fine out of san rafael. but because it is counter- commute, there's no issue there. and golden gate bridge traffic is also fine if you are continuing southbound in sausalito. golden gate bridge no delay in either direction. zipper crews have already gone past. san mateo bridge roadwork is picked up. they were doing a lot of roadwork with westbound and eastbound 92 now that all that is cleared all the lanes reopened everything looks great over the high-rise. heading into hayward it looks good. slow traffic in san jose right n
