over towards the tri-valley, livermore, 70. you still have that east wind at 11 miles per hour. snot as strong as what we had on sunday, which prompted the red flag warnings up for the inland east bay and the north bay mountains and santa cruz mountains. still very dry. relative humidity 24%. similar conditions in walnut creek. contra costa county, 72 degrees. even san francisco still at 70 degrees as the sea breeze starts to fire up a little bit, northwest wind at 8 miles per hour. so across the board, we are still in the 70s out there. the exception to the rule here, half moon bay, 68. oakland and orinda also in the upper 60s. we should see about the exact same temperatures for high temperatures tomorrow on halloween. but, boy, the bone dry conditions outside, the air will stay dry probably for another day or so before those rain chances approach towards the end of the week. so offshore breezes still ongoing, which means at night with that dry air in place, without the moisture acting a bit like a blanket, those temperatures drop off quickly after sunset. very likely we'll see

where the temperatures are right now across the bay area, looking out toward the santa clara valley, 50s in livermore san francisco already. everybody else in the low to mid 60s, with even some 30s in the north bay valleys where we have the frost advisory in effect through 10:00 am on saturday. temperatures will continue to warm up, we continue dogs in costumes, we have batman patrolling the streets in san jose. let's look at the rest of the map. the fire weather concerns are not going to be exacerbated by any hot weather, mostly in the 70s and 60s around the bay. those temperatures are going to be fairly consistent across the board, 60s in san francisco and low 70s for the north bay as well, even with the downslope wind, the warmer spots will reach the middle portion of the 70s. the warmest day is going to be the first day of november on wednesday. we are not going to be that far above average, no extreme temperatures in store, just fairly close to what is normal this time of year, whether it is inland, or along the coast, we will see more cloud cover by late next week but the rain chance is going t

and only mid-sixties for the tri valley livermore at 66 degrees today. oakland at 67 while the north bay, the at 69 sonoma and napa at 68 degrees. santa rosa down through nevado in the upper 60's. looking ahead tomorrow and friday. we remain in the 60's for your highs and look at these inland evening lows in that second row dropping into the 30's during overnight hours friday, saturday and sunday nights into next week. halloween on tuesday looks to be a dry forecast for it with daytime highs. nice and comfortable, but some cool lows for sure. now for the roads, it's been a bit slow. go for so many areas, bay bridge among those spots. but you are starting to see improvements near drive time here. not so much of the san mateo bridge. up to 33 minutes now back up on the bridge itself and even getting to it on 8.80, or to 38 is taking you some time. it is a basically a standstill from san lorenzo down through union city. so just tough, even getting to the bridge. richmond center fell at 12 minutes to make your crossing. and finally, the golden gate around. 3
