in the 6400 block of livingston road. news 4's megan mcgrath has just arrived on the scene. what can you tell us? >> reporter: i can tell you that this happened at the puerto bellow apartments in the 6400 block of livingston road. police got a phone call a little after 12:30 last night with a report of shots fired in the area. when they arrived on the scene, that's when they found the four victim victims. according to police, there was some kind of argument among a group of people inside the apartment building, apparently in the stairwell area of one of the apartment buildings. shots were fired. four people were struck by bullets. we're told one man was transported to the hospital where he later died of his injuries. another man is in critical condition and then we're told two women have nonlife-threatening injuries and are being treated. no arrests have been made at this point. no word on motive. but again apparently there was some kind of an argument inside the stairwell of this apartment building just prior to the shoo
