one of them in the 300 block of livingston terrace. damon brown was found shot in the head.o word on any suspects or a motive. the other deadly shooting happened just a couple hours earlier in northwest. a man shot multiple times less than a block from the busy u street corridor. derrick ward talked to neighbors who heard the gun shots and has the latest on the investigation. >> these vehicles, this sign, all damaged by flying bullets. it happened about 1:12 a.m. when what they're describing as an altercation between two men here in d.c. spilled out on to the street. >> i woke up at 1:15 in the morning to four really clear gun shots. >> a woman who lives nearby and doesn't want to appear on camera says what she heard next confirmed the gunfire was real and that someone had been hit. >> a woman was saying no, no. please don't die. >> i mean you see fights every once in a while. but never anything as intense as that. just dead body. >> police have identified the victim as joseph harden of alexandria. police responded to the scene and arrested 24-year-old cedric spicer. he is c

the second shooting happened on livingston terrace in southeast this morning. a virginia man, 49-year-old damon brown, was found with several gun shot wounds. e.m.s. later took him to a hospital where he died. the police are offering a $25,000 reward leading to an arrest. >>> an update on an explosion at a sub shop in virginia. charges of arson filed against the suspect in that case. horace thompson is served with a warrant. on february 6th, the 25-year- old through an -- threw an incendiary device into the shop. he was taken into custody after being released from the burn center. the owner of the store was injured in that explosion. >>> a fourth victim died after a horrific house fire. the 11-year-old deja price passed away late friday night at the children's medical center. the fire officials say an electrical problem caused the fire at the family's home on leslie avenue on thursday morning. darrell terrace price jr. has an eight-year-old daughter tamia and four-year-old daughter patrice who was killed in the blaze. the 33-year-old mother and eight-year-old g
