liz claman, joins me right now with preview of wounded veterans giving back to their communities. liz? >> what is fascinating, a lot of people say if you're wounded, gravely wounded, you have amputation or you're paralyzed, what are you going to do with the rest of your life? we have three purple heart recipients, charles, who not only are able to get back on their, so-called feet, but, because of one common thread, which we're going to lay right out there for you during the "claman countdown," they are contributing members to society. one has gone to college. one has started a business. and by the way, that one on your screen, aaron hale, he was one of those guys neutralized the bombs like in "the hurt locker." one blew up in his face after he neutralized another. he started his own business. he is representing our country in athlete system. these guys will blow you away. that is an interesting story, charles. a common thread has a lot to do with business, business leaders stepping up, to found a charity that then helps these people start contributing once again. so i need you to stay tuned for that. we'll be all over the markets. yes, we'll be all over the weather team. mobile team john legere is rumored running rampant. charles: make sure you tune in, the claim man "countdown" "claman countdown" is at the top of the hour on fox business. >>> allegations against goldman sachs, after allegations that the apple card is discriminating towards women when determining credit limits. kristina partsinevelos has the story. this is a crazy story. reporter: it's a crazy story because we're debating whether this credit card from apple is sexist. according to well-known tech entrepreneur david hansen. he went on twitter when he and his wife applied for the card he got a credit limit 20 times higher than that of his wife, they share the same bank account. they have been married quite some time. other people chimed in including the cofounder of apple, steve wozniak, who tweeted, and i quote. same thing happened to us. i got 10 times the credit limit. we don't have any separate cards or assets. hard to get to a human. this is big tech in 2019. what he means by big tech, there is concern that the algorithms could be programmed to be discriminatory against gender. goldman sachs says that is not the case. they streeted independently. i tweeted a technician most likely a robot. i understand your concern, the credit limit is determined using your income and your payment obligations as well as your credit score and history we can reevaluate your limit later. new york regulators are looking into the matter. this is not the first case either, charles. they're looking into united health corporation, there might be algorithm scandal over there, they're possibly discriminating against whites an blacks in that situation. this is something we need to consider going forward as more and more companies use algorithms to cut costs. charles: silicon valley said algorithm can't discriminate. now silicon valley is complaining that algorithms are discriminating. i think it is explosive. it won't stop here. kristina thanks. >> thanks. charles: a hoard of cash is on the sidelines f that happens, how much higher will they push a the decades long bull market. i have the answer for you after the break. driverless cars, or trips to mars. no commission. delivery drones, or the latest phones. no commission. no matter what you trade, at fidelity you'll pay no commission for online u.s. equity trades. charles: cash on the sidelines. last week, there was an article in the "wall street journal" implying there are trillions of dollars sitting on the sidelines, ready to pour into the stock market. now, the article focused on money market funds, but some would argue you should consider those funds, checking and cash, savings, short-term cds, all of that as a big pool of cash that could find its way into the stock market. if that's the case we are talking $20 trillion. i know it's unlikely $20 trillion would pour into the market. some experts actually say there's no money on the sidelines because such talk falls into the category of fallacy of composition. in other words, money in those instruments are there for a reason and those people wouldn't sell them even for higher stock market returns, plus they say every baiuyer is matched by a seller so the cash that goes into buying a stock go to the seller who just sold that position. these theories are intriguing. however, there is a ton of cash on the sidelines. in fact, global money managers handling three quarters of a trillion dollars had cash as their largest position. also followed by defensive instruments like reits and consumer staple positions. i think the sideline money effect has already begun to find its way into the stock market focusing initially on the big 2019 winners. we all know it's called window dressing. if the upside momentum continues, a flood of money will pour into the markets off the sidelines and folks, that is no fallacy. with more i want to bring in shah gilani. we talk about this all the time. there's a bunch of money sitting on the sidelines and at some point, it's got to go to work, particularly professional money managers. >> yeah. they are way behind the curve here. especially money managers that have been on the sidelines with too much cash for too long as rates are what they are now. they are going to continue to be lower for longer. these money managers are continuing to be behind the curve. now, we are seeing that increasingly, i agree with you, i think we started to see money come in off the sidelines in the last couple weeks. i think we will increasingly see it through the fourth quarter all the way into the new year. these money managers are so far behind the benchmarks they are measured against that they are going to have to start buying. they will buy momentum stocks, apple, microsoft, all the stocks that have already done well, made new highs, will continue to plow into those and start buying value stocks, especially dividend, good dividend yielding stocks. the market's got i think another perhaps 10% to go higher. based on this cash potentially coming in. there's a lot of it. i think there's at least a trillion and a half ready to come in. will it come in all at once? i no, i think it will come in over the next year or two but it will come in regularly. charles: what do you say to the experts or people who say this whole conversation is ridiculous because there's no such thing as sideline cash? >> i think that is in itself an absolute fallacy. of course there's sideline cash. you look over at the market since july, it's been pretty much a side ways market until we broke out and made new highs across all major benchmarks. a lot of money managers were taking money off the table then, they were taking money out of stocks that they had nice profits on, as markets looked like they were maybe going to slip, as we are going into the sideways pattern, they thought if we break support levels below it's time to take out some cash. let's not forget, this has been the most hated, mistrusted bull market in history. this is since 2009. nothing has changed. it's hated even more, it's mistrusted even more. that means it's going to go a lot higher. charles: we have seen bond yields start to spurt higher, the ten-year, 1.93. is there a point, you know, where now bond yields start to become competitive again? you remember that bond yields are so high that they may start to be competitive with respect to equities? are we there yet? >> no, i don't think we are anywhere near there yet, because the yields are not high enough. dividend yielding stocks and dividend yield on the s&p 500 is high enough where investors recognize they are better off in equities because they have upside appreciation for equities. people are more afraid of being in bonds and there being some correction in the bond market, yields going higher, prices going down, them getting hit. the flow has been into stocks and i think it will continue to be that way. charles: shah, thank you, always. again, always jealous. you are down in miami. appreciate it. the dow is up ten points as i hand it over to liznk you. it's kind of interesting, we've got really good news on one hand and multiple scandals on the other rocking shares of some of the biggest names in the market at this hour. goldman sachs and apple's credit card ensnared in the battle of the sexes. could bad robots be to blame here? coming up, why it's artificial intelligence that may deserve all the credit for setting off this firestorm. >>> could adam neumann's empty c-suite chair >> well he is well behind nationally, as you suggested. but kennedy, in swing states where the electoral college votes are, he is doing extremely well. holding his own. i see a situation where we can have democrat win popular vote more than hillary, and president being reelected. but don't count the president out just yet. kennedy: certainly. and if the stock market continues to improvement that does not just help fancy pant billionaire investors that helps mom and pops who have money in their 401(k)s, they want to retire in peace, that is good news for them, unemployment is still very low, what has to happen economically for this strange rosie picture. >> not many months ago we heard about a potential recession, but the economy continues to do well. with it impeachment. we don't think that senate will actually convict him of anything. the house will probably move forward with impeachment. senate won't. kennedy: does nancy pelosi take that into correction. >consideration. >> she does, she came to a points, when can came to her base, she had to do something, and hoping that there is enough here to make americans upset, but you look at swing states as you say, you have to win over those voters, they look to still be going in way of trump. kennedy: i think cleburne is right, south carolina is a critical state for democrats, he knows, that interesting because, as democrats pacify the base, moving forward on impeachment. it also reals up the president's base. so who does impeachment help more, democrats or the president at-this-point? >> i think always will end up being the president and his base. and as much as pelosi, fought back as long as she could, she be only fight is so long with everyone in her ear. it could be more of a popular vote for the democratic nominee, and trump still wins, because there is such a difference, so many people different -- many different people, talk to people in real life, 5% of the world on twitter, we can talk normally. if you talk to people in real life, 95% of the sti similaritis bring us together but we think we should be outraged because 3% tweeted. a lot of people did not know that. kennedy: she does. and i think hillary clinton is only person who hoping that there is another popular victory for democrats, but an electorate president for president trump, she wants someone to feel as badly as she does. >> it is very hard to figure out what hillary clinton is thinking. she said tulsi gabbard and jill stein were russian assets, here is the thing, i just listen to hillary, i said, isn't it time for you to go away. kennedy: i am glad you brought up that, there a new fox news poll, first time she has been formally inserted in race. a poll said that president trump could potentially lose to a democrat who is not running, who is it wha' happened hillary clinton. she would beat the president 43 to 41%. it is important to note that is within margin of error. she is so running, doug is right, no one knows what she is doing, she doesn't know what she is doing, she is playing coy, she wants to be wanted. will polls like this push her into the race. >> i think so, i think she will try to get some type of base to let her in. i think she says biden is not doing well, he could do better, i could slide in, we look at trump supporters, only thing better would be beating her twice, can democratic party actually let her do this, will they let her do this. kennedy: they don't want oh hero do it. >> will she find a way. kennedy: only two people who want hillary clinton to run are me and hillary clinton, i want it just for entertainment value. >> the bray wyatt of the democrats party. >> an insider baseball term. >> dolph is explain. >> to her base, and world who thought she was supposed to be the president. they want her too. she has been -- people for a year have been waiting, she will p-- peruse in on her whitehorse, and they will say please, she will say, no, no, i can't, meanwhile. a tinker tape parade behind her, and rerenting out hotel across from trump. , her base -- i don't think wants her. >> i think a lot of them right now they are split between liz and joe. like the establishment hillary fans are like, joe can beat her, and fans who wanted her to be first female president they are liz is better spoken. >> she seems healthy. kennedy: how do you elbow elizabeth warren out of the way if you are hillary clinton. >> you don't, she would like to elbow elizabeth warren out and joe biden out, but polls show that warren and biden are doing better in democratic primary, also against donald trump. kennedy: warren does not do as well in key states as biden does. >> the fox news poll, i think she could do better. if hillary's only beating president trump, a weakened trump by two points now. it says trump is weak, hillary is almost as week. anweak. kennedy: i don't know what happened in her sphere that could bolster her, i sent you an article today from october 2016, the most float gloaty article. >> madame president election is doing great is what this read, she is bringing one in middle. kennedy: now they see the so much more rational. >> t

liz harrington, liz, what's your reaction to the president's surprise visit? >> it was such a great moment, i think incredible work that went in to making the trip possible and being there in secret, shows what the spirit is all about of thanksgiving and if you look back over the years we are so blessed to live in the greatest country on earth and all possible because of the brave men and women who sacrificed so much and for the president to be able to go over to afghanistan and spend time with our best, bravest and toughest over there that are spending time away from their families it's really testament to his heart that he has for our troops and really the commitment he has and it's been a great, great moment to see. ashley: as we talk about the campaign trail, we had a guest on earlier, supporter who rallies the black community and he said, look, there's a poll out there that the president has a 13% approval rating in the black community, despite the fact that unemployment in that particular sector is lowest it has ever been, what can the president do to address that and how does he get his message across? >> i think he keeps hammering the message home as he's done from day one, it's not lip service like joe biden does when he claims he comes out of the black community and yet he's been in the swamp for 50 years and all he ever did was very unpopular crime legislation where he bragged about hanging people for everything but jaywalking, you have president trump who came in less than 3 years ago and promised you know what do you have to lose and now how much do you have to gain, you see it throw all americans, historically unemployment, unemployment for black community hit yet odd record, unprecedented support for hbc use, lowest poverty level for black americans, it's not lip service, it's results and record of accomplishments that we are really proud of. ashley: all right, we will have to leave it there, sorry so short, liz >> thank you, ashley, happy thanksgiving. ashley: same to you, thank you. the vote for usmca could come as early as next week, we seem to say that every week, hillary vaughn is on capitol hill, hillary, what's happening today? >> well, right now we are just getting early remarks in from mÉxico's top negotiator who is in canada right now meeting with justin trudeau, mÉxico negotiator, the under secretary jesus saying that they are now in the final negotiations and he think that is this deal ultimately is better than the original nafta and a lot of the issues that democrats here in the u.s. have raised with this agreement are valid and so we are seeing this move towards the final -- final point of negotiations between all 3 parties but what we did hear from the mÉxico negotiator when he was here 2 days ago in the united states, he signaled that they may be working towards compromised particularly on labor enforcement mechanisms, democrats here wanted u.s. investigators to go into mexica
