liz: interesting angle for calling the sullivan and cromwell lawyers, you get a sense what it triggers. google's businesses, nest, youtube, the android hardware services as well. they have a bunch of businesses, what's at the heart of putting these under an umbrella and breaking out the google search numbers? >> right, we'll get a picture how each of them are doing, some of them will be a part of google. youtube, maps, all of the internet will be part of the google division, and nest, the smart thermostat businesses. liz: i have that. >> and google ventures which invest in uber and other internet giants and google x, their experimental businesses, we'll get a better picture how each of the businesses are doing. liz: so we have star analyst colin gillis with us from bgc. i am dying to hear what you think of this. you've written the report. what's your gut reaction to the alphabet city? >> don't call us just an advertising company anymore. that's the message that comes across, when i talk about google, you know, the big question we get a lot of times is what company could potentially hit
