infrastructure from local cities have a tough time dealing with that. you what we had for rain totals. temperatures -- or numbers that were up there. 6 inches and 7-inches in inrussian river area. -- in the russian river area. this san jose number, 2 inches of rain. not quite. that is a lot of rain in a 24 hour period for san jose that has ton of concrete. build in a bowl. they get a lot of standing water. the flood warnings are down now but we have a urban and small stream flood advisory that stays in effect through this evening. 6:00 it will go away in the east bay and 6:15 p.m. on the peninsula santa cruz. here is the imagery. we have a lot of moisture. that concerns me but the models are suggesting the moisture will start to rotate, it will get going, the back edge will move. it has been very stationary. there is a wave that stopped the front from moving. it is the last thing you want. this wave didn't develop earlier, if it had the north bay would have a worse problem. it moved out and got stuck down here in the san jose area where they have seen 2
