the town of watertown we can tell you is on lockdown. somewhere in that neighborhood we believe there is an explosive device that has been found and that will be set off in some sort of controlled way to try to prevent any further harm. again, these two men i've been speaking of are the two primary suspects in the boston marathon bombings on monday. i'm joined now by jonathan deans who has been getting the background of these gentlemen. one of whom left the united states for six months....
