this was a lockdown situation for about an hour but that lockdown has since been over.out a half hour ago when we first arrived on scene. we started to see some students leaving the front doors from here and walking back out to the sidewalks ready to go home. we also know at this point that a gunshot victim was taken to nazareth hospital. police went over there to try to figure out if that gunshot victim is somehow related to the shooting that happened here. they're still trying to figure that out. i just reached a school spokesperson. he told me they're still trying to gathsome facts before they come out and make any sort of official statement. but students were inside. they were locked down. police were checking bags. they were going through the hallways. had a chance to catch upwith the just about ten minutes ago. here's what she told me what was going on inside. whoi on inside the school? heard they were checking bags? >> yeah,i inchecking bags, padd kids down. if you didn't have i.d.s, they would place you in a separate room. >> reporter: she's describing what was

so far it appears that the school is still on lockdown. we are not sure why the ambulance whereas brought in and working to get you that information. earlier this morning chopper 6 hd was flying over the school parkway northwest high school in german town. police say that two students are suspect issed of bringing guns to school and cameras rolling as police escorted two students out of the school in handcuffs. we don't know the direct involvement in the case. initial reports are that at least one of the guns involved in this was a bb gun and clear if they were found or fired. both students were taken into police custody and the school was on lock down at 10:32 and police are inside of the school searching the property to see if there is more weapons inside. back out live an active situation, we are trying to get some sound from the school district we saw a representative of the school just arrived. and we hope to get more information to clear this all up. that is the latest from now, two students taken into custody. two weapons found here
