utilizing and leveraging some of the partners we have around there, people like darpa and icutel and lockheed martin that we can leverage in our area. it's not saying all the great ideas come from silicon valley. so we look at those ideas, get inspired by those companies and look to form partnerships where we can. at the same time, we also want to embrace the entire cloud. we don't want under armour to be 40 people within our walls coming up with the next big idea. if you're an entrepreneur, an innovator, 23 year-old kid with a better idea of a cot tin t-shirt, instead of trying to start that company yourself, why not bring that idea to us, see if we can use our fabric expertise, manufacturing expertise, our ability to tell stories and get it out there from a distribution standpoint. we think our job is to be the world's greatest editors, identifying the best ideas and scavenging the world and bringing them to the consumer. when they see it, they know it's the better. >> you said scavenge the world. when i look at only 6% international. maybe it's a bold claim, it could be in its infancy. i know tha

lockheed martin tells us that if there is a shutdown "unless we receive guidance from our customers,"our facilities will remain open and our employees will continue to receive pay and benefits." the company recently increased its dividend and its share buyback authority by $3 billion. that's going to help the share price. and what sequester? just got another 3 billion plus dollar contract from the pentagon for a new batch of f-35s. also a nearly $4 billion contract for missile defendants part of that for the united arab emirates emirates. still the upcoming earnings reports will really be telling as the companies begin to feel the second year of sequestration and the pentagon runs out of what you might call spare change. key bank says "sequestration is here to stay, perhaps through 2016 which could create problems but mostly for smaller companies or those with shorter cycle contracts." key bank believes they'll be fine by cutting costs, doing more work in house and maintaining programs already in place. in fact, just about a half hour ago i got a news release from the department of de

look at lockheed martin, boeing. they are all sitting right at record highs right now. and also some of the energy names, eog resources, anadarko petroleum, noble energy, those stocks all at record highs. so that's the huge key here. it's not just netflix. it's not just starbucks. in this market, we're steadily creeping higher and a lot of stocks are gaining some momentum. >> when you get this kind of momentum and this kind of record-setting price movement in a lot of stocks, is it a sign that the market could be getting toppy? >> it's interesting. we're only about a percent and a half away from where we were in records in the s&p 500. >> early august. >> exactly. now, before that record, we saw 124 stocks in the s&p 500 hit those 52-week highs. so we still have a ways to go. but a lot of traders are saying take a look at the momentum because it could be an indication things may be slowing down. but we're not there yet. >> dom, thank you very much. dominic chu reporting. >>> another stock on the move, though it has not had a lot of momentum lately, lululemon, the yoga a

consider some of the aerospace and defense companies like lockheed martin, raytheon, general dynamics and 77% of their sales tied to the government, according to a goldman sachs research report. also in the last 12 months some of these names are up north of 30% so they do have a little bit of room to fall. i.t. another sector to watch. companies like harris corporation, motorola, a google company, and flur systems at 80, 69 and 54% of their systems tied to government spending. harris corp is up in the last months but it does leave downside potential. finally, health care another group to watch. the suppliers particularly exposed, edwards lifesciences, stryker. the providers, centene. molina and wellcare. many we're just looking at, the top three companies in each sector for the sake of brevity, but there's a long list of companies with this type of exposure to the government so it gives you a sense of how the dysfunction in washington could impact wall street, so we'll be watching. >> jackie, thanks so much for that. an important issue as we watch that clock tick down. >>> one ceo who
