does loeb have legal argument?ecide to create embryos together they do sign what is called a disposition of embryos consent form with the clinic. those consent forms are very important. we have seen that the courts do weigh them heavily when looking into what to decide as to whether or not who will get custody of the embryos and if somebody is going to be able to implant those embryos in a surrogate or in a person's womb. so the courts have generally -- they do differ from state to state. the law is very different. the family law is not uniform, unfortunately. it is different from state to state. and so what we have seen generally that the direction that the courts have been taken is that they are going to look at the consent form and they are also -- if they don't look at the consent form and don't enforce the consent form they will look to balance out the right to procreate versus the right not to procreate. we have seen an extreme case in pennsylvania where the courts have awarded the wife after a divorce custod
