there is no logs in the middle of the road. see there briefly, there is his car and there is the log truck. he said he just pulled up to the scene not long ago as well. there was another officer investigating, he left to be with the driver who was taken to the hospital. the driver's injuries are not known. the trooper said he just got here, doing an investigation, not too clear exactly what happened of why the driver overturned but like i said it is foggy, dark, be still no clear-cut conclusion of how that driver overturned his log truck but nonetheless, it is overturned you can see there but no lanes are blocked going in either direction, no logs scattered across the road. there is one car off in the median, the state trooper told me the car did knick one of the logs that fell off the truck but other than that, no injuries other than the driver of the log truck being taken to the hospital. i'll be out here trying to get more answers as soon as i do i'll update you on air and online at wbtv.com. reporting live in iredell county
