as we know we live in earthquake county and it's the anniversary of loma prieta and the next one is not if but when. we have to be prepared. this program works to ensure that the essential services function effectively in the case of a major disaster and continues the work of the 2010 bond which i was proud to sponsor and work with staff here today. that was a measure to improve the neighborhood fire stations and emergency firefighting water system and of the public safety building that will open this fall. this program will continue on that good work and help san francisco towards that resiliency and relocate many of these services away from the hall of justice which is a 1950's building and not expected to be functional after a earthquake and this plan is prioritized addressing public safety for our residents, businesses and first responders. it's a bond measure to create over 3500 jobs for san franciscos and i hope you join me in supporting this for the ballot. with they would like to introduce our staff with more details about the program. >> thank you very much. good morning member
