loma prieta, three quarters morgan hill over a half inch santa rosa past 48 hours. over a half inch sunnyvale 44/100. oakland hills a third. vallejo and danville with both a quarter. it's not done yet. now, the rain is kind of, i think a little lighter than yesterday, tapering off north to south, but anywhere down from about san jose, santa cruz to gilroy and monterey especially. that's going to be the focus now. lots of clouds, drizzle, light rain, most of the heavier, and it's not that heavy as south, but it's a day of upper 59 to 61 will cover the spread. all right, alice here. and she starts with what? >> east bay commute is kind of a mess. and it's been bad all morning long. it started with some crashes on westbound highway 24. those are still a problem, although they are getting cleared. there's still a couple of lanes blocked westbound 24 at fish ranch road, but this is in the clearing stages. but things have already been gummed up because of what happened. also, some heavy traffic on westbound 80 and a crash westbound 80 at powell street there in emeryville.
