this is the house on loma vista that is completely destroyed. according to california fire, they say that they believe this is 50 percent contained and they hope the they could have 100 percent containment soon. i did speak with someone from california fire. >> we're hoping to have the fire contained this morning. there will be locked up going on throughout the day. the winds are expected until at least noon today. when the cold from moves in, that will help us out a lot. we will have crews out here all day to make sure that we do not have amber's crossing the line. >>jackie: there are some evacuations still in place. this is a back country area. it is difficult for them to tell whether or not all of the evacuations are still in place that they are hoping that by 8:00 p.m. they will have this contained. >>mark: that is the concern with the red light warning. >>mark: the concern grew a little bit over night. as you can see behind the cover the areas in red are those of greatest concern. the north bay hills of the east bay hills and diablo range.
