two died around 11:30 last night in san lorenzo. two cars collided. it's not clear why. all northbound lanes were blocked for hours. they reopened just before 3:00. chp is investigating that accident. >> an update now to developing news we're following in the east bay. the coast guard at the scene where a boater crashed into the rocks near alameda. stephanie chuang is drive with the latest on a search that followed this accident. >> reporter: good morning, jon. a coast guard boat is in the water. it's been patrolling the waters here since early this morning. the call coming in just before 2:00 when someone heard a loud crash. when police got here they found a 40-foot power boat that launched out of the water and hit the shore. it's almost upside down. oakland fire got here working on containing possible leakages. police were called here and found a woman they believe is in her late 20s, she was drunk. they were able to get her on land. they say she was uncooperative and did not have identification, would not tell them her name, age, where she lived. her story changed. fi
