loretta zimmerman, lynch station, virginia. what happened to we the people?in the past decade went to the poll and voted for traditional marriage, activists judges trampled on the will of american people and legalized homosexual marriage and accept it or be demonized. how many states voted down gay marriage? >> between 1998 and 2012, 30 states banned same-sex marriage. okay, this is at the -- >> in a vote? >> at the state level in a vote. of those 30, 11 were overturned by the federal courts. what's more alarming is if you look at those states? which the federal court overturned the ban, an overwhelming majority of the voters voted to ban same-sex marriage. like north carolina -- 61%. oklahoma, 76%. >> it's a constitutional play, the liberal judges are saying the constitution says that all people are supposed to have equal access to whatever the state gives, and that means marriage. you're getting the marriage license. the supreme court doesn't want to weigh in. they'll eventually have to. final liter -- diane benjamin, illinois. rove's candidate almost all l
