lorraine is back here and there is still a lot of police activity going on right now, right? >> reporter: there is a lot of police activity going on, dave and police are collecting evidence behind these bushes and we just got off the phone with san francisco police public information officer and they got a report of the missing juvenile at 2:30 a.m. which is when they sent out extra patrols in fisherman's wharf area. they noticed a young woman being attacked in the bushes, police rescued the juvenile and arrested the suspect. both suspect and victim were transported to local hospitals and authorities are not releasing their conditions at this point. police tell us the young woman was a tourist from another country and she somehow got separated from her group early this morning. they are still trying to figure out where the woman was headed when the assault happened. we are sticking by and we were first on scene early this morning. for now reporting live blank blank ktvu channel 2 news. >>> well in overnight news, police are searching for the gunman who shot and killed a colle
