but live this morning in los altos. and michael thomas story joins us in about certain major thoroughfare. good to be open again. thank you. >> well, 907, is a time and police in san leandro now investigating 2 deadly shootings. one of them happened friday night. the other happened on thursday. officers responded to reports of a shooting on east 14th street right near 100 51st avenue. this is in the actual neighborhood. this was about 9.40, friday night. they say a man and woman both in their 40's were found suffering from gunshot wounds. this is a picture shared by police of the scene. they say the woman had mobility issues. so you're seeing some of her equipment there. both victims were taken to the hospital. and fortunately, the woman did not survive. and then on thursday night, the night before a teenager, teenage boy was shot and killed on 100 70th and clinton avenues. also in the actual neighborhood. that shooting happened a little after 05:30am, at night. officers found the victim with a gunshot wound to his head

you can see exactly where we are in los altos. it's right at the corner of al camino. real and san antonio road, the eastbouns of del camino, real between san antonio and sure would have been closed since christmas morning. this is video of that scene. there was a 3 alarm fire that happened at around 05:00am. that morning. it took out a 20,000 square-foot commercial building that housed multiple businesses. there was a dance studio and sat prep school along with a hair and nails months. others and what caused it will. we're still learning those details. but that building was completely demolished in. this is video of that happening that took place about 3 weeks ago. at least the beginning of it. so since that morning of the fire, the roads were closed and have been closed again for almost 2 months causing major traffic delays. not only here in this area, but in surrounding areas. so back out here live, there's only about one trucker. so they just finished up taking off those cones on el camino, real so this is the first morning that traffic is going to be able to flow
