i was recently out in los angeles. a woman stood out in the back of a group and said she was a very active community leader in los angeles. when they are making decisions about veterans, she did not have anybody in the room that knew anything about veterans. they did not know anything about the family challenges. while there is a great desire to make this connection. -- we have to figure out how to make it so that communities. how to make that connection? it is not as simple as it might seem to be. sometimes people ask me, how time -- how come you are involved in this? in a very critical way for me, our veterans recruit for this. if they have had a good experience and they believe in us, and they go home and tell others. that ambulances others to come back in. it is really a very strong part of our recruiting program, even though it is not actively stated as such. one of my goals is to figure out a way to work the department of defense with communities throughout the country. there is a huge appetite to help. i talk to
