the rain actually in this case, the light drizzle falling out near campbell and los cados not being pickedp by the radar. you can see basically no rain out there, just super light drizzle. enough to make the afternoon and morning commutes a little bit dicey as you traveled around the bay area. as you go on and take a look then tonight, we're looking for patchy fog in many locations. that's the weather headline here because the wind are light, this is the perfect formula. i'll tell you what's going to happen tonight, some where around 9:00 or 10:00 it's going to cool down to the dewpoint which is about 48 degrees. it's going to turn cold fast. be ready for some very dense valley fog in the usual spots and not so very usual spots. relative humidity outside 80, 90% 100% in some cases. the rain is going to end, all that moisture turns into fog. so let's get ready for that. at 10:00 we'll be updating that. what you are seeing here is the rain going right through. you see the rain band. heavier rainfalling out of the northern california. accumulations .10 in the heaviest spot. heaviest rain this

here's a closer inspection right now, you can see the coverage from santa cruz to boulder creek to los cados. reporting mostly cloudy skies. we move the maps to the north, right around petaluma, nevado and san rafael. those darker shades of green do correspond to more moderate cells. as far as rainfall totals over the past 24 hours not impressive at all. .01, san jose .03 and livermore just a few hundreds as well. a few showers out there. by 8:00 a chance, by 10:00 just a scattered chance. overnight low tonight, not as cold as it has been. coolest locations in the lower 40s, and we still have to hold ton to a possibility of a few sprinkles. quite a few clouds in place, fremont scattered clouds. by 12:00 50 degrees. by 3:00 an afternoon high right around 55 to 56. a bit of a break in the weather tomorrow. but at least in the rainfall for tomorrow. but there is another system developing out here in the pacific. coming out here, we have a track of a timing of what could trigger more clouds in the bay area. >>> two very important words, now hiring. what bay area studies reveal of how competitive
