los angeles. mr. simpson got convicted of that other charge out in las vegas, i figured it brought with it compensatingif you will. i don't hold it against people who don't like verdicts. my father was a court reporter for 30 years. if you're guilty of something, get yourself a jury. if you're innocent, try to get a judge to hear the case. he or she will be your best bet to see the truth of what actually happens. so we're at it again. questioning a jury's judgment. i always thought that a judgment in the o.j. case was really about the bad old history of the l.a. police. hopefully it did some good, that judgment. the verdict i didn't share. maybe this one will achieve the same in the end. a good result. at least for the future. and that's "hardball" for now. thanks for being with us.
