jennifer: it's all to benefit children's charities and the loudon food pantry. let's send it out to hayley lapoint for a closer look. hayley: good evening. and we are in a tunnel that is just covered with lights. this is one of the new things that they've added this year for the gift of lights. it has kicked off tonight, already a few cars have been coming through and enjoying the lights. you can see behind me in this tunnel which actually leads to the infield and that's a new thing this year, you'll be able to drive in there and they have more lights. it's part of a three-mile trek that you'll take throughout the speedway with all of the lights. i want to bring in cheryl here and she is kind of our go-to person on exactly where the money it's going. and it's all going to some really great things. can you tell us about what's >> yes. part of the proceeds goes to speedway children's charities, the new hampshire chapter. we help nonprofit children organizations across new england and so in another couple weeks we're just about to distribute to 60 different organiz

jennifer: new jersey governor christie is campaigning in loudon now, he received two endorsements in new hampshire that he's calling huge for his campaign. first the new hampshire union leader newspaper, and today a pair of republican activists. jennifer crompton begins our commitment 2016 coverage. reporter: renee and danny plumber have hosted luncheons and roundtables for nearly every republican candidate, and they decided with just 10 weeks to go to the primary it was time to throw their support behind one. so today at another luncheon they announce pped their endorsement of governor chris christie. the new jersey governor fielded questions from a roundtable of local business people, focusing mostly on national security issues. renee plumber says she trusts christie to protect the country and says his performance in the debate, support of veterans, and his experience stood out. >> there's no one in republican circles that are more respected than renee and danny, so to have their endorsement today is a huge thing for our campaign. and when you add that in the same 24 hours that we
