dash cam video from a loudoun county sheriff deputy recorded it. deputy terri daniel drove into a strip mall. he is called in his backup when some of the men leaving the birthday party got into an argument with a taxi driver and things got a bit out of hand. deputy got out of his car and ran towards garcia. his back is to the deputy so he doesn't see him coming. deputy daniel knocked garcia to the ground. garcia's mug shot was taken a short time later. >> there's nothing going on until officer daniel gets out of his car, you see him rush over to carlos. as carlos is standing like this bashes him on the head and he falls to the ground and then you see him step on his face. >> here's another look at the video slowed down. garcia can be seen with his hands up. a canine officer stood next to him. the dog wagging its tail, sources familiar with the case say deputy daniels incident report say the canine was going wild and the suspect wasn't listening. seconds later, deputy daniel knocked garcia to the ground. now carlos garcia is suing for damages. >> i
