rain in parts of loudown and frederick counties.midnight we start to see the rain already changing over to snow for those of you in the winter storm watch and warning. this is the morning commute, 7:00 a.m. in washington snow maybe rain mixing in maybe rain in southern maryland and areas north of the district all snow potentially heavier spots of snow. we continue to track mainly snowy conditions throughout the day tomorrow into the evening hours. tomorrow night it doesn't end. still more snow potentially in the forecast and about a 40% chance we're seeing snowshowers tuesday, maybe earlier in the day. here are my updated snowfall totals. i'll be posting this to my facebook and twitter pages. the district area is looking at one to three by monday evening. three to six for northern montgomery county frederick and loudown county. hagerstown areas through martinsburg could see over five inches of snow. southern maryland you're looking at a dusting to one inch. the storm system will certainly have an impact on our day, the fly in the oi
