abc 7 news reporter david louie is live with a story. david? >> valley health plan is for current and retired employees of santa clara county. the former administrator who left the job is accused of running a drug exchange. we're told is that a task force is accusing the former pediatrician of writing prescriptions for people with drug records. this is a booking photo of marvin bonham. he didn't patience as an add minute straightor, investigateors say he was writing a lot of prescriptions. >> he'd prescribed 29 different individuals prescriptions of abused substances. oxycontin and oxycodone. >> investigators say he had written over a thousand prescriptions of ochls oxycontin for his roommate. a tracking system determined half of the prescriptions were given to people with drug arrest records. >> we're seeing many had criminal histories including drug arrests and arrest for drug sales. >> he lives in this hillside estate. he was released on $1 million bail but would not open the door at his house.
